Primal Beast Coven is a brand operated by Personal Equivalent Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico
This AI Collaboration & Creative Disclosure Policy explains how artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools may be used in the creation of content, services, and materials published under the Primal Beast Coven brand.
This Policy is provided for transparency and informational purposes and forms part of the Company’s broader Terms of Service.
1. Authorship and Creative Responsibility
All content published under Primal Beast Coven originates from the lived experience, creative direction, and professional judgment of the Company.
AI tools may be used to assist with drafting, editing, formatting, or refining content. However, all final published materials are reviewed, approved, and adopted by the Company prior to release.
The Company retains full authorship and responsibility for all content, whether or not AI tools were used in the drafting process.
2. Use of AI for Editorial Support
AI tools may be used in limited editorial capacities, including but not limited to:
- Rewording content for clarity or readability
- Grammar and spelling review
- Structural organization suggestions
- Generating alternate headlines or phrasing
In such cases, the underlying ideas, structure, and intellectual direction remain the Company’s own.
Routine editorial assistance does not require specific public disclosure.
3. Use of AI for Generative Assistance
In some instances, AI tools may assist in generating:
- Preliminary drafts based on Company-provided prompts
- Structural outlines or frameworks
- Conceptual imagery
- Creative variations derived from Company direction
Where AI has materially contributed to the development of content or imagery beyond editorial refinement, the Company may include a brief disclosure statement.
Disclosure wording may vary and may appear in a footer, caption, credit line, or acknowledgments section.
4. Intellectual Property
All final content, including AI-assisted content, is the intellectual property of Personal Equivalent Coaching LLC unless otherwise stated.
Use of AI tools does not transfer ownership or authorship rights to any third party.
5. Accuracy and Review
The Company reviews and evaluates all AI-assisted content prior to publication.
AI-generated information may contain inaccuracies. The Company does not rely solely on AI for factual claims and exercises independent judgment when presenting information.
6. No Reliance on AI as Professional Authority
AI tools are used as creative or editorial assistants only.
AI systems are not treated as licensed professionals, advisors, or authorities. All business, spiritual, educational, and coaching content is ultimately the responsibility of the Company.
7. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or Company practices. The “Last Updated” date reflects the current version.
Continued use of the Company’s website or services constitutes acknowledgment of this Policy.
